二 | 这家专属网约车司机的“首店”有何不同？记者走进门店看到，除了有其他驿站同样配备的就餐、充电、休息等服务外，该门店的入口处设置了名为“杭州交通治理工作站”的服务台。“对司机来说，最头疼的就是有些投诉是通过线上沟通，难以自证。”在杭州开了10年网约车的滴滴司机刘海峰感触很深，“比如说车内有异味，我就无法向平台证明到底是司乘人员的问题，还是有客观原因。现在有了线下门店，就可以到店里来做人工审核。”据悉，该旗舰店已建立完善48小时问题闭环处置机制，彻底解决以往线上咨询和线上反馈效率低、沟通难的问题，实现“司机问题面对面解决”。滴滴杭州旗舰店合作商户负责人刘丹介绍，这样的维权服务不仅限于单个平台，而是覆盖所有网约车司机，“滴滴平台有业务人员驻店，如果是其他平台的司机遇到纠纷，也可以来门店咨询，我们联合了杭州交通、行业协会、派出所等相关部门，针对所有司机的实际情况进行公益的行业咨询、法律援助等。”实现“线上高效响应、线下闭环落地”的同时，该旗舰店还丰富了暖心服务的内涵。临近中午，不少网约车司机来店里用餐，两荤两素的盒饭仅需8.8元。如果司机没赶上饭点，可领取10元代金券，到附近的合作餐饮店用餐。据悉，通过工会、红十字会等多方公益资源的导入，该旗舰店已成为一站式、全周期的司机暖心服务枢纽——常态化开展清凉驿站、暖心帮扶、亲子开放日、爱心餐配送等多元化关爱活动，配套免费血压、身高、体重等基础健康检测服务，同时兼顾司机权益保障、身心健康、生活帮扶。自5月试运营以来，杭州、深圳、上海三地旗舰门店已累计服务司机超1.5万人次，司机到店满意度达98.6%。针对此次政企协同服务新就业群体、深化行业基层治理的创新实践，杭州市道路运输管理服务中心党委委员、副主任胡惠建表示：“新模式的探索不仅是给司机师傅增加歇脚的点，更要让他们感受到，来了有人管、问题有回应、困难能解决，真正实现司机诉求零距离对接、高效率处理，最终闭环落地。
